There are few options for handle types for plastic and polyethylene bags, but this does not mean that your bags cannot have a differentiating factor. Next we show you the types of handles we can offer you, these range from: soft loop handles, die-cut handles, T-shirt handles, cord handles and ribbon handles, in all cases the handles must be chosen based on your requirements.

The high density (HDPE) plastic is a durable and rigid plastic variant, suitable for packing delicate, heavy or sharp-edged products, its density ranges from 60 to 70 microns and provides more than enough level of strength and durability, is less flexible than LDPE but is ideal for the manufacture of rigid and very resistant plastic bags.
This variant of plastic is used to manufacture some types of coatings, it has medium strength and is slightly translucent, its stretching ability is limited, its density ranges from 25 to 50 microns; however, it can resist tears and bumps, it offers excellent protection against moisture. Recommended for flexible and durable plastic bags.
Undoubtedly, low density plastic bags are among the most requested on our industry, its tensile strength, durability and stretching capacity are limited, its density ranges from 10 to 20 microns, used on plastic bags to carry on light-weight products, are approved by the USDA and are widely used to pack food and daily use goods.
The CARDIA® compostable resins (patented) we use for the manufacture bags are made to be sustainable, their content is low in heavy metals, they quickly decompose in CO2 and H2O, does not affect the soil or the subsoil, are safe for plants, humans and animals, and also comply with national and international environmental regulations.
The materials and additives we use to manufacture biodegradable plastic / poly bags are certified, offering numerous advantages, it takes just a few months to biodegrade, can be recycled, have a low environmental impact and their affordable price makes them an excellent choice when looking for bags that meet government requirements.
Due to which we are able to process our own raw plastic materials in-house, it is possible for us to mix plastic compounds in many ways to achieve the specific plastic material composition you may request, the final plastic material from which your bags will be made can contain from: 30% up to 70% of recycled polyethylene.
The finishes for plastic / poly bags that we can offer you are aimed at increasing the durability and functionality of your bags. To most of the types of plastic bags that we manufacture, we can add a piece of cardboard at the bottom of the bag to reinforce them; on the other hand, and depending on the type of bag, we can add patches around the handles or, if required, a pair of metal reinforcing eyelet rings capable of preventing tears.
